The tourists and the online food market

Continente, a portuguese supermarket chain challenged us to increase online sales of a very specific target audience - the tourists - by creating a digital product and a marketing campaing to sustain the concept. Only 6% of the tourists visiting Portugal buy food online, so the company wanted to know if this could be an emerging field. The budget for this challenge was 50.000€.
